It doesn’t matter where that inspiration comes from.
• The ongoing economic turmoil makes it more important than ever for
operators to be innovative, proactive, nimble, and responsive.• It’s not enough to have a good concept. it has to be the right one for the
location and the dining demographic you serve.• Fixing a problem can be expensive. Not fixing it will cost more.
